Social Worker service
Compared to the conventional financial sector, social workers can promote financial education in a more neutral manner. As a result, HKFWS Financial Education Centre introduced the Financial Social Worker course from the United States. This course aims to increase social workers’ sensitivity when handling service users’ financial problems, enhance intervention skills and concepts relevant to financial education. Through a wide variety of financial education programs, it allows social workers to help the public improve their overall well-being starting from their financial health.
